Price List

Real Estate.

Property conveyancing is charged at a fixed rate of 1% of the price of the new deeds of the property or a minimum of 2000 Euros.

Individually priced services include:

*Connection of electric and water supply - standard cost per property is 150€.

Financial Services.

Our recommended accountants can provide a competitive price which includes the following:

*Bookkeeping

*Preparation of quarterly and yearly summery accounts

*Preparation of quarterly returns where appropriate

*Income tax

*IVA

*Retentions

*Income tax payroll.

Please ask the accountants for a break down of their prices.

We are able to carry out individual services such as application for N.I.E numbers, and individual registration for personal social security and at the tax office for a small fee.

*N.I.E. numbers -150€ for the first application, plus 50€ per subsequent person from the client group.

For clients looking to set up business in Spain we a have a tailor made package including checking of all contracts, registration of social security, registration in the Spanish tax office, application for the opening license and legal checks on the property in question.

For this service we charge 1700 Euros + IVA.

Legal Services

Legal services are charged depending on the case. We are more than happy to meet all clients for a free initial consultation and should the clients wish to receive our services in the matter a fee will be settled on before undertaking legal action on their behalf.

We can undertake the writing of wills from 240€
