About Us

 

Continental Consulting was founded by three business minded individuals all experts in their own field. The business runs with three departments two of which are managed from the Jupiter building and the third from Benalmadena Costa in the Plaza Ole Commercial Centre above the Barclays Bank.

 

The Jupiter Building is where Business Transfer centre is based. We work directly with key members of the licensing departments in all town halls to ensure all of our clients are aware of the present condition of the opening license of their intended business and the full requirements of what to provide to change the name.

 

The interior office is where the accounts department is housed. A small team of pay roll and labour specialists are on hand to help all clients with the important points of how to run a business legally in Spain. They can advise social security contracts, staff labour contracts, quarterly tax, rent retentions and wealth tax.

 

The legal department is in Benalmadena Costa where we have three English speaking Abogados working on specialised fields such as commercial, penal, traffic and divorce law. We offer a free first consultation to all clients.
